A prospective buyer should always insist on having a current survey prior to closing on a real estate sale.  The cost of a current survey cannot be compared with the knowledge a buyer would have knowing exactly where the lines and corners are found, the exact acreage of the property, and any encroachments or deed gaps.  ALS has over 15 years experience providing this service to clients most often in Western North Carolina in the counties of Henderson CountyBuncombe CountyPolk CountyTransylvania County, and Rutherford County.

We are also affiliated with several quality engineers who are able to do any design and permit approvals and work with our quality surveying and designing groups at ALS.  We can handle your entire project planning, beginning with surveying, design, permitting, dividing, and finishing with final surveys, construction stake-outs, and certifications.  And regardless of the size of the project we can even address any local county and state approvals needed for your project.

Commercial site surveys have unique requirements.  The requirements exceed those minimum land survey requirements and a commercial client should request that a licensed surveyor perform the survey to be certain that all ALTA Land Survey Requirements are addressed.

Our firm prides itself on being able to address the needs of large firms, who may require an ALTA survey or subdivision design, as well as the clients, who may need a simple lot survey, a family division, or a footing layout for new construction. We hope to be able to provide you with any land surveying needs you may require.
