Deed maps (also known as plot maps or deed plots) are simple, quick and inexpensive.  Many times a real estate agent will require a deed map to aid in selling property along with attorneys that may also require a deed map. Also health departments may require a deed plot for septic or well permits. Many homeowner associations require a map for pre-build site plans. This type map is not an official boundary survey and is not considered legally binding.  It is, as the name implies, a map of your property rendered using the calls and distances directly from a property deed.  Deed maps offer a layout of your property and is a very helpful tool for creating a picture of your property lines without the extra cost of a full boundary survey.

Since deed maps are not legally binding and do not require us to visit your property, we can make deed maps from any state in the USA.  Prices range from a low of $50.00 to $150.00 depending on complexity. The map is usually prepared for you within 3 business days.  Map size can range from 8 1/2 x 11 inches to 24 x 36 inches. We will either email or fax a copy of your deed map for you to view while waiting for the full size map to arrive via standard US Postal Service.  Overnight FedEx or UPS service is available for an additional fee.

To get started on your deed map all we need is a copy of your property deed and a deposit of 1/2 of the quoted fee.  The remaining balance is required before delivery of the final map.  Payment may be sent via PayPal, Mastercard/Visa, American Express, Discover, bank check or money order.
